To put up an anti-terrorism advert, no matter the target audience, without even mentioning the real perpetrators of terror for one second is complete nonsense and sends the wrong message about the Muslim community. We are not the perpetrators of terror but the victims of terror from world superpowers. Weather or not such an advert would make a difference in stopping terrorism is irrelevant, you simply have to make the effort and present the complete facts.

You can't insult someone's intellect and expect them to change. Anyone who is planning to fight with ISIS has some grievances that have to be acknowledged before they can be drawn back. You can't just put all the blame on the Muslims and ignore the mass carnage being committed by superpowers. Nobody likes hypocrisy.

The way i would do it would be like this: This is what the satanic superpowers are doing.... present the statistics and video footage of their crimes.... but this isn't the right response... show the wrong being done by muslims..... this is how we should respond.... show the correct way.

It's a rubbish one sided Ad that's not never going to achieve it's intended purpose because it fails to present the complete truth.

No new ISIS recruit is gonna watch that and think... "Crap, maybe i shouldn't do this"... because the reasons why they reached that stage were never even acknowledged in said Ad.
