These are Europeans (Romanian Gypsy). They were allowed to come to the Uk after the EU allowed free movement in the UK. Now I assume they have residencies to stay. Disagree. Immigrant boom in the West around the 60s to the 80s were lucky because properties and cost of living were cheap which made it easy for the third and so on generation to excel in life.
