No that's weird. Magic in fiction is way different from real life black magic. My parents were smart enough to know that. I was obsessed with the book series as a kid and watched some of the movies with my dad. I'm still a huge fan, honestly.

I'm of the Harry Potter generation......and I never cared for either the books or the film. I'm more Lord of the Rings and A Song Of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones)

I have been re-watching Harry Potter recently.

Always loved it since childhood but the books are a work of art imo. Maybe its because of the nostalgia but its my favourite book series ever.

I even had a Griffindor quidditch kit (with the goggles) when I was in primary school for costume days.
