Damn I hope Caare free Sanaag and stops all the plundering. Their not even making good money rom it. My dad relative is in it. He does the logistics and 'grades' the minerals and wanted my dad to buy him a tool from Dubai which is expensive to do accurate measurements on metal standard. Apparenly they only get paid seasonally and they have middle man a damn HINDI who gives them small payment and makes a killing for himself with the western world.

Apparently it's a shirkad, so any payment that comes thru is shared thru the members and their contribution and position like a stock holder company lol. Were talking petty money here 1-2k seasonally per person in the structure is terrible. If it was daily, I would be up for it, but were talking seasonally, it's not even proper full time, it's side gig. Plus they excuse their behavior saying it's not mining but individual digging scale, their not going deep down just taking what's below not at deep level since they lack the machinery.
