On Thursday, October 5, 2017, at 2:46 p.m., officers responded to a call for a Sounds of Gunshots at 263 Dixon Road.

Officers located a man in a vehicle in front of the address with apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced.

He has been identified as Abdulkadir Bihi, 29, of Toronto.

A post-mortem examination was held on Friday, October 6, 2017. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the torso.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who observed or heard anything out of the ordinary in the area on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at around 2:45 p.m.
