To see what tribe is in the wrong I always check the 1931 Italian census of clans in koonfur. In that census Uanle Uen, today's Wanlaweyn, was part of Afgoi district. I see many Hawiye & Pre-Hawiye in Afgoi district but no Gaaljecel.

We can thus conclude that Gaaljecel do not belong in Wanlaweyn. They should be reomved from the area. Full support to beesha Shanta Caleen.
