It's a shame climate change is bringing more water to somalia, but the locals don't practice ancient techniques to store water. If the indian villagers can do it then so can we. Next summer i might teach the locals some ancient indian water storage techniques. The thing is we just need locals to volunteer. We don't need the government to build a sophisticated water storage system if we can use ancient ones, which will suffice in a poor country.
