By that time Abdullahi Yusuf was locked in a Ethiopian Jail for turning on his Habashi overlords and the rest of MJs abandoned ship to fight for Siad instead. The last remnants held out till 87/88 but didn’t wage any military campaigns they were just a political group at that time

Abdullahi Yusuf didn’t even get out of Ethiopian prison till 91 SSDF was dead and semi came back to fight Aideed. That’s not a rebel group that’s just mooryan vs mooryan. We are speaking during Siad Barre Times that’s rebel groups. There was no government in 91 everyone fighting after that was mooryan. Abdullahi Yusuf was locked up by his Ethiopian overlords who helped him capture places like Galdogob and other areas, and then he turned on them so he they imprisoned him.
