There were multiple casualties that came about when the government finally collapsed, but it was the remnants of the genocide. Faqash left mines all around areas, specifically in Hargeysa, and whilst they were at war in the South, many were still dying as a result of the genocide in 88.

As in said before, this is about genocide

They are not creating more hate, the Jews were involved in one of the most well-known genocides in history, they are aware of how it feels and are raising awareness for many genocide occurrences, which if you bothered looking at their twitter page, list nearly 30.

Genocide is different than a civil war. or War in general. This was the systematic state killing of another clan, sound familiar? The holocaust, and others followed the exact same line of events.
