May I live to see such a day. We are counting on you sxbStory lines. Good medium to instill courage, friendship, honesty and love of community in the minds of impressionable kids. Many countries use morning cartoon shows to teach kids fundamental beliefs, how to read and write. Kids grow up with these shows.
If I could, I would be making cartoon shows for somalia aimed towards children. In these anime shows, I would eliminate useless clan obsession and create a hero like Naruto. Ethiopia vs Somalia massive historical wars get replayed with Somalia planting the blue flag in Addis. Ahmed Gurey leading various somali clans gets several episodes. The Ajuran Kingdom gets its own episodes. All somali kingdoms in various centuries get featured. The Dervishes and Sayid Mohamed.
I would raise a generation of Somalis dedicated to be the top dogs in East Africa.
I’m not a fan of anime, hubby is into it tho couple of months ago he made me sit through Dororo? not my thing@NotMyL have u watched or read any shows before? What kind?
"Dororo"I’m not a fan of anime, hubby is into it tho couple of months ago he made me sit through Dororo? not my thing
Lol I don’t plan to ever take advice from @Basra what’s the deal with black men and Anime? Especially men between the ages 22 to mid 30s? My younger brother’s generation isn’t so into anime but I noticed my hubby’s age group are into anime, most of his friends are big anime fan. What’s the story behind this?"Dororo"
It was all right, I saw the full thing. Nice story and well put imo.
There's real quality stuff though, don't look at the child garbage that @Basra posts (creepy kids with large eyes)
Well...anime is watched by intellectualsLol I don’t plan to ever take advice from @Basra what’s the deal with black men and Anime? Especially men between the ages 22 to mid 30s? @NotMyL Death Note is a great classic. We grew up with it (mid to late 90s) and some shows are still running.
A lot are casual fans, some like the art-form and enjoy a variety of shows. It's just fun when you are tired of watching the same old movies. Keeps the entertainment fresh!
Now let me give the most common suggestion you'll hear:
watch Death Note! Your husband has probably seen it but it would be fun if he sees it again with you. Tell us how you liked it!
Interesting, I dont think they are bums it’s just what I noticed the difference in generation I guess.Well...anime is watched by intellectuals
Even Elon Musk watches it. idk why so many Somali yutes watch it though, some of them act a lil...weird...to say the least.
The downsides are that anime might increase the rate of base dwelling and big butt syndrome among males
Are ur hubby's friends bums? It's contagious so be careful.
On a real though anime shows tap into topics and themes that niggas like and aren't shown by western shows/films. Anime/manga is more exciting and emotional imo.
