Analysis of the Pland Conference

The conference that took place in Garowe is very typical of the Pland political elite. If they cannot run and control Somalia, they bring fitnah. The real reason they are meeting is not due to federalism v. centralism, it's because a Plander does not hold the position of President or PM.

You may not be a fan of Farmaajo & Kheire, but they have created the strongest national government since the fall of the Somali state (1991). The Pland elite are angry that Somalia is moving forward without one of their own at the helm. The myth they've sold themselves, that they and only they can lead Somalia, is being dismissed everyday. They are feeling irrelevant, so they put on a big show (Garowe Shir), and even threaten to leave the union.

As the Somali central government continues to grow in strength, and as Somalia's sovereignty continues to be reaffirmed, expect more fitnah from the Planders.

Amisom is in Somalia because you can’t govern yourselves and are killing each other. Don’t try to blame someone who hasn’t been in power for over a decade, your situation will never improve as long as you don’t take responsibility.

We are against AMISOM in Puntland. They are a necessary evil in South Somalia.

Somalia is moving forward, with or without y'all. Its the same political playbook, seek foreign powers to help empower you. First the Italians during the colonial era, then the Amhara in 1978, then the Tigray in 2006, and now its the Emirate. When will y'all stop selling out to foreigners?
