Ana Arab son or BLM Xalimo daughter?

My point is the most religious Muslims today tend to be the non-Arab ones from East Africans to South-East Asians such as Indonesians/Malaysians so saying "Ana Arab" because he'll automatically take the Sahaba as role models is poor reasoning.

Arabs in the West are far worse off Islamically than non-Arabs and I think that's an observable reality IRL even if you disregard the extreme examples like Adam Salah.

Claiming Arab due to one or two Banu Hashim ancestors in your bloodline is mental illness. There's no nicer way of putting it.

Allah (SWT) created us beautifully when he inserted us into the Somali ethnicity, so why do you want to cherrypick facts to deny our lineage in favour of being Arab?
Its mostly the black claiming wiilal that are the ciyaal suuq.

No, those damn Arabs have proven to be horrible stewards of their legacy, father would never forgive me for that.

The hope of having children is big part of what drives me, so I cant forego it.

Give me a BLM daughter. I think such "Social Justice" ideals manifest themselves in naive young girls because of their feminine nature to be caring, empathetic and so on. And since Muslims thrive (for all the wrong reasons) among such circles, it would be safe to assume, she would retain her hijab (faith)

So between me, he mother, siblings and grand parents. We can course correct.

If she is an only child, give me infertility. BLM or not, this only ever results in broken people.

Im going for ana arab son sadly because at least he will keep the deen. BLM daughter will leave the deen to twerk and drink henny.

This is how he think he would look like?

What does a BLM Xalimo even mean? Someone who believes they’re black and fights for black rights? At least there is an element of logic to that tbh. Somalis regardless of how you spin it, are seen as black, are treated as black by whites and they’re just as vulnerable to anti-blackness. It makes sense for a Western raised Somali to be passionate about that. We have boys in our community who are stopped and searched more than others, a high incarceration rate and boys falling into the same issues as black boys.

Let me analyse the An Ana Arab. Whilst it won’t be the end of the world since he’ll most likely be connected to his deen and a sense of conservativeness, It would disappoint me because of display of low intellect. As I’ve expressed multiple times, I don’t oppose Somalis calling themselves β€˜Arab’ out of this idea that we must see us as β€˜black’. It is born from the fact that being Arab is connected to language and culture and Somalis speak Somali. Arabic isn’t our mother tongue hence claiming to hail from a group with whom you don’t even share a common tongue is downright preposterous.

Ana Arab son will either be religious or larp as religious
BLM Xalimo is a slippery slope. I don't think there's anything wrong with it inherently but it can lead to murtad views

BLM Xalimo is a meme and a caricature of Somali girls who identify as black and advocate for black people's rights. They could be religious or irreligious, that has no bearing on whether one identifies as black or not.

I would say being Ana Arab (whether male/female) is worse because firstly, claiming a lineage that isn't yours is haram (Ana Arab Somalis fake Arab lineage to legitimise their Arabness). It also exposes one to ridicule because you're claiming someone else's identity and heritage instead of your own. People will assume you're ashamed of your ethnicity because why else would you deny your roots and adopt someone else's?

The world sees us as black, past and present. Stating otherwise is more of an eyebrow-raise tbh.

You’re too intelligent for this forum. You should a take break from here. People here are really dense. Well said.

What part of "explain your reasoning" don't you xayawaans understand?

I wouldn't want my daughter to end up like brick lady. An ana arab son would never find himself in that situation.

I've already explained what BLM xaliimo means on another thread:

You had a lot of Somali girls supporting the BLM movement a few years back, so that's how the term "BLM Xaliimo" came about. It is used in reference to a Somali girl who is obsessed with racial activism, even to the point where she supports madows over her own fellow Somalis.

It truly cringes me out when Somalis on here say that being seen as black is purely a Western construct when it clearly isn’t. Numerous times, the Prophet s.a.w and other Sahabis referred to Abyssinians, today’s modern Ethiopians as black. Habeshas are in fact even less SSA than us, have higher Arabian DNA ect and are Horners like us who share similar ancestry. We know that Bilal R.A who wasn’t even Bantu for instance but a half Habesha and half Arab man was targeted for his blackness.

It’s not just the West who see Somalis as black due to their dark skin and being from a SSA country, so did the very Arabs of the past they want to claim. Btw, I’m not of the opinion that one can’t be black and Arab. You have the Sudanese and various mixed Omanis who are indeed Arab but also black but Somalis simply don’t fall into that category.

It’s embarrassing. They can’t use the β€˜West’ to hide from this. They simply can’t. The past and the present, East and West we were indeed referred to by many as β€˜black’. People need to accept it. Obviously people have the right to identify with what they want outside of the views of foreigners, but just know you’ll be treated very similarly to the madows you claim to be different to. It’s life.

An Ana Arab son is simply just dumb unless he was born in the Gulf. As for the brick girl, she’s simply ghetto. You’re conflating many things at once.
I've already explained what BLM xaliimo means on another thread:
Since I’ve been on this forum for years, a girl or guy simply being against the rampant racism or simply believing they are black is enough to warrant that label. It’s clearly a term with a different meaning depending on who you ask.

It's cope. I've never seen them address this. They just dance right past this glaring fact and continue blaming "White colonialists" for their being labelled as black. For them, their black-denial is a jihad against Western imperialism. They've made their cope a noble cause.

Racism against Black people also affects Somalis, even if it didn't, we have a duty as Muslims to fight injustice.

Black. Lives. Matter, it is true. Tell me what is wrong about this? Some of you have some weird cuqdad with dadka aan midabka wadaagno, that needs to be psychoanalysed by professionals. Xagee isku aragtiin oo isku dishiin, waa yaabnaye.

Someone please tell these people, who act like they don't have an abtiris, and lately, DNA evidence. Working overtime to make us seem like a nation of Arab mutations.

They don't even see what they look like in the mirror. It's truly shocking.

It's not surprising that Somalis who push the BLM Xalimo meme also tend to be extremely cunsuri towards madow people. They have cuqdad and see fellow Somalis defending Madows as betrayal.

- DNA evidence
- Historical evidence
- World-wide consensus
- Even a simple mirror lol

They take "madax adeeg" to a new level.
