As i remember udubland was declared in 2009/10 by Biimaal.
It was only Shabeelada Hoose and small parts of Juba where Bimaal folks live.
They couldn't get their Maamul status because of all the lands they were claiming were all under Alshabaab, even marko at the time was under shabaab.
