There was rumour earlier in the year as ATMIS withdrew that 30k troops from kenya, ethiopia and djibouti would join phase 2 to clear south outside the program and they would pay for own troops. I don't disagree with your militia being in gheriley after coming to some sort of an understanding with shabab like in other locations where they coexist with JL militia. Receipts are on alkataib, won't take shabab a few hours to recapture that base.

That agreement between FGS and Djbouti, Ethiopia and Kenya is legit. Kenya will use it to remain in JL after the drawdown of atmis. They will not go on the offensive.
