Amisom is in Galmuran territory to assist Galmuran militia which isn't an armed forces but a range of militias with different leaders, u also got SNA there and DANAB. They control your towns waryaa and villages which is estimated to at least 30% of galmuran.

PL has an insurgency with shabab not shabab controlling 30% of Puntland sxb, you gotta be insane if you think shabab controls anything, they don't even have an army in PL and do hit and runs meaning our armed forces is to strong for them to face us conventionally, so the resort to hit and runs. This is wrong. Our police are almost as much as the entire Galmudug security apparatus according to the report. The report ignored our armed forces (PDF, PSF, PMPF, PSF, PIA, etc) and only counted our police units which are nearly more than the all of Galmudug’s armed forces.
