Anglos in America are not a minority. They assimilated all white immigrants into themselves.

Alawites had the help of US and Russian airpower, alongside Iran and Hezbollah.

Tutsis are a strong case, but their country is small enough to be easily controlled. Rwanda’s population density is similar to that of a us suburb.
