Not really Amhara won’t have complete power until they tame oromos. The Eritreans probably won’t attack the Somalis since they have no reason to and they’re on thin ice since Biden has come in. Until oromos fall amharas won’t succed. There will be conflict soon between the two groups and their ideologies would could present the Somalis with a chance to secede (they could get weapons and funding from Sudan/Egypt) and secede. This all depends of Amhara/Oromo conflict which currently looks like a real possibility

If you ask me they will do a protracted war like in the 70s and 80s. I don't think the conflict is over.

Tigrayans were way better than amharas at least we had federalism ans control over our region even though abdi iley took orders from the TPLF and killed Somalis at least the tigrayans don't settle on our land.
Tigrayans were only evil to somalis but for the rest of other Ethiopian ethnic groups they empowered them and made them realise they are not second class citizens nor serfs which Amhara had created the image of being the lords and owners of Ethiopia both land and rights.
