SNA securing the surroundings of the election has nothing to do with election interference. The Somali govt pushed hard the gradual turnover of security from AMISOM to SNA. This includes securing the election venue. Therefore, instead of having AMISOM lead this effort, the SNA wants to prove that they can take care of security and keep Al-Shabaab at bay.

We dearly miss Trump at least he never interfered in Somalia affairs, he also withdrew American troops from Bali dogle. He was a man who didnt really care about African politics and let it play out. Biden on the otherhand is very hawkish and is pressuring many countries like Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea and now even Sudan. They have already taken over Egypt and practically breastfeed them billions of dollars in military equipment.

You are right, Farmaajo is a very honest man and doesn't own much but he is steering his country in the right direction.
You guys have to remember Somalia is one of the few places in Africa that China hasn't already conquered and claimed their minerals.
