UN Resolution 2036 is to do with Charcoal ban. Resolution 2002 called for the unimpeded delivery of humanitarian assistance to all persons in need across SomaliaI was just going to make a thread. China was way more harsh! They didnāt even support the easing and exemptions on arm embargo offered to Somali security forces in the last embargo.

HSM has been hostile to China so Iām not surprised theyād be similarly hostile. This is politics at the end of the day. China usually doesnāt care about process when it comes to their allies
