Americans have backed PL in security since 2003 against these terrorists who we learned earliest as their first campaign was on PL in 93 thru alitihaad due to state collapse post 91 which itself was from the cold war defeat in 89 Berlin and in 91 most Soviet republics cut off from USSR and alot of its security partners also paid the price like Somalia.

PL has been the only true consistent anti terror region in Somalia driven mainly by knowing it's agenda from Cairo Ikhwaani reside and operate unofficially under the western backed president there.

They want caliphate and back different factions identified in sunni countries and execute various instruments on them depending on that country vulnerabilities and the role it can play in it's geopolitical sphere of influence around important land and maritime geopolitical significance or what pressure it can serve on other nations in that region of different alliances.

It's definitely a global project which will impact a large number of countries across many key areas important to their national well being.

Since Erdogan signed up for trade offs for reviving it under an ottoman led caliphate and he did it because he doesn't see turkey deserves to be middle power nation but us legit global, superpower and he has sworn to see that truth by building g up turkey embassy footprint showing his global ambition is much more then empty words.

I doubt America has any worries in PL reliability because PL hates terror and prove it since 93 plus it's not even in their interest to see ikhwaan win the Somali peninsula and name hawiye as top dog so it can influence Somalia when need be or apply the same to any country it wins like it did Syria. Heck even Saudi don't want them winning the khaleeej either as it's bad news for them also lol

We must never harm our security partnership with America. AU, Dubai. Saudi, Nairobi, Addis and face this menace terror outfit as one unified force who want to create a world order based on Muslim vs non Muslim dynamics and totally end the post ww2 geopolitical order, what's frightening to it's not peaceful transition like China is attempting without any global shocks, this is a menace whose using violence and creating disorder where ever it goes to see a vacuum so disorder becomes the norm just scaled out phase by phase. Who the hell would be crazy to want to see Somalia post 91 on a global context?
