If hair transplant works for you and it makes you confident etc then go for it. I’m not bald, but if I was balding then I would just shave, that’s my personal opinion.
You alright but you display symptoms of malnutrition, improve your diet and hair care as well, many Somali men do not know how to keep healthy long hair and cut it short, but that doesn't really make your hair healthier, its just easier to hide the badly kept hair.

Finasteride is the only thing that can stop hairloss as of now. There is a new treatment coming out called Pyrilutamide in the coming years. The phase 2 clinical trial results should be released this September.
