Like it's so broad that it's almost meaningless as a true identity, it literally just means a non-white person, I think basing your identity around being NOT being white is stupid.

What does a Han Chinese person have in common with a South African Zulu racially, nothing, but they're both "POC".

I agree. It doesn't mean anything and it's a very eurocentric concept where the standard is white and everyone else is lumped in the POC category.
Of course in western countries all non-whites may suffer from discrimination but this doesn't necessarily mean all non whites have the same experiences or even have solidarity amongst themselves.
