You didn't read my original post. No airplanes were invented. That means the europeans would have never conquered east africa or beaten the dervish and other resisting regions. It would just be a battle of stubborness at this point.

The ethiopians were lucky, they could just hide in their mountains and avoid air stikes, even if there were planes used. Like the afghans did to the americans for 15+yrs.

Most likely there would be no national-socialist rule in Germany. No ww1 loss -> no treaty of versailles -> no (perceived) humiliation of Germany; also no crippling hyperinflation of the German currency -> no reason for the German populace to be swayed by a demagogue like Hitler
