I think the best remedy is just making them athletic and active kids relatively away from the internet. A detransitioned individual pointed out that when their parents took away their internet access for a good while their views strongly changed an they calmed down. A lot of these kids find other mentally unwell individuals and groups online and it just feeds into them. Being a socially and physically atrophied mess sitting in front of a computer all day doesn't do the mind many favors either.

Sign your kids up for various sports and martial arts and encourage being social, partying and the like. I'd rather they be out getting sloshed than wanting to get bottom surgery.
