The Military Base in Coosweyne lacked any perimeter defense. it looked similar to that of Goojacadde where many vehicles and dugouts were placed. The advantage Gooja Cadde had was that it was strategically located on a hilltop whereas coosweyne is on flat surface territory with enemies all around

We still have a lot to learn about trench warfare

I hope Jubaland implements these designs. We have the rich soil needed to dig deep trenches & so does South west state. Arid Hot Regions like Galmudug will have a much harder time with this
