If he was genuine enough. He could've deleted the YouTube video and apologized on Twitter but you can tell he made this video in an undirect malicious way. Yes and No

When someone with barely any views or followers talks rubbish, we can ignore them easily but when someone has a large platform, they need to be dealt with, even legally if it comes to that.
