Bro, i never went to university. I was talked out of it by my dad, to pursue a trade (plumping, carpentry, electrician and so on). I then became a stonemason.

Just goes to show you. Uni is not needed it's mostly debt trap anyway. It's only for ppl that want to help out in certain jobs.I know many Indians that became doctors and engineers because their parents failed them and forced the. For me my kids will be able to do what they love. If they wanna do the degree jobs then i will tell them study hard and aim for it and if they don't feel like it then they can do any other job they love. Most asians are depressed at work because of this pressure.

Well done sxb. I don't stick around long enough for promotions, most places i've worked at have a flat culture, there is no way up. You either smash your appraisals or you keep mute and carry on like normal.

I don't believe in company loyalty, 2 years on the trot and i'm gone. Every new Employer looks at my CV and take me on, desperately thinking they can change me

2 years and move on is the quickest way to increase your salary.

Generally, when I work with other students they pick up what they drop. However, some Faraxs are known for large posteriors so I'm afraid if they bend they might knock something over and then snap given their delicateness. At least that's what @Reiko tells me.
