Eastern Europeans are looked down on by Western Europeans in general, but Albanians are looked down on by Eastern Europe. Every society has their own scapegoat/outcasts that are ridiculed.
They never mention Northern Europe, Sweden, Denmark, Norway etc. Is it because they mind their own business?
