As a non hijabi I haven't found it difficult not to engage in premarital sex, drinking, clubbing, drug taking..... self discipline is a myth nowadays. Very true. First they remove the abayas and burqas. Then they applaud hijabs for wearing it looser to show their hair and tighter clothes to be more modern. Then you've got the "modern" muslims writing op eds about how Islam is different for those in the West. Now we're at the point where the kids don't know their own culture anymore and start relating to the white shows that talk about drinking and dating.
