True but this attack is worse than any I’ve seen in a while. Usually it’s easy to get a hired gunman. Very hard for citizens or government to do anything. But this was a massive car bomb targeting many politicians/government workers. Looks like a massive security failure

This is indeed a massive security failure when looking at all the bases nearby Jowhar and the rest of the region. Middle Shabelle has fewer military bases than areas extending to lower Shabelle.
