The deceased individual was killed by the US. According to AFRICOM, he was a weapons dealer for Alshabab. The federal gov was probably informed ahead of the strike.

for this dude. If he was some mega big armsdealer for alshabab to the point that they needed to take him out with an airstrike. Why wasn't he infamous for this ? None of my relatives ever brought up him being an arms dealer .
