They need to test them selves before marriage and if the person is pregnant they should be advised to get a c section to not give it to the child, and no breastfeeding. You dont only contract hiv from sex it can also come from used needles (people who abuse drugs like heroin are at a high risk) and other medical equipment if they’re not sterilized. There are people who have been infected by going simply to the dentist or the hospital. Someone can come into a hospital not having the illness and leave having it.

its a common discussion among somalis nowadays. Even drugs. Using syringes. How? Can u imagine them in diaspora??? Somalis are just messed up.
