Diddy was facing a Rico case for trafficking not at all the same as Woody. Even Weinstein didn't face Rico. The problem with rappers is their lifestyle makes prone to Rico charges. They hire a bunch people and fly women around (and men in Diddys case). They host parties where drugs are and more women they fly out. But Rico charges are for organized mafia and since these rappers have street teams etc plus they pay money to their own hoods etc. They have to check in in certain places or risk being killed. Its a career full of traps.
Suge Knight could be seen as a mob type head, but Diddy seemed like a person living a rock and roll life. Plus women stalk men like him for careers or just money. Those freak offs are apart of the rock and roll lifestyle. Its not illegal unless its by force. The abuse part we seen is domestic violence not a Rico. Most rappers have no problem going down for that but Rico is a different ballgame game. You will never come out of prison. Even Murder had better chances of freedom. Drake is lucky Canada doesnt have Rico charges.

I saw this coming he was literally in a RICO case by himself. If he ran a criminal enterprise there must be multiple people to be held account or be involved for it to hold weight. They have to outline and prove the process of that.
I feel bad for Cassie and all the victims he abused. They waited too long to file for a case for domestic violence because they feared retaliation so the statue of limitation was up. He escaped 20 years in prison for what we saw on the video tape.
The prosecution butchered it as well they relied more on media sensationalism than building a strong case. The feds have to prove it beyond reasonable doubt for it to reach a guilty verdict and it fell short of that.
If he is out on bail nothing will guarantee their safety he will be on a revenge tour.
