So they have invested in security in that regard, but the problem is over the last 10 to 15 years stupid Puntland leaders have let in thousands of people from South Somalia to PL. Because of this, now it doesn't take an Army to harm PL, all Shabaab has to do is just recruit the people who came from South Somalia to carry out terror attacks. Which is why they must all go. They are an ungrateful guests.

Ok I get it, but why do you have to throw out all the southerners first, before focusing on the local problem. I know you said it's because you don't want to fight a war on two fronts at the sametime but don't you think it could have the opposite effect and cause all the people you kick out to join these groups as revenge? In my opinion singling out certain qabiils (for example rahanweyne and Madow weyne) is very dangerous, because it could lead to discrimination and bad blood between clans. How about you put a ban on ALL people outside of your state (except for those in your interest such as business, and those visiting family) until you can get your security sorted out? Sort of like donald trump wanted to do with his muslim ban loool
