Nigeria is huge yes but this would have been a big problem if they didnt have oil and a different mentality compared to other Africans. So the huge population becomes a postive sometimes due to adundance of cheap labour

Nigeria has had it just as bad or worse compared to us
Civil wars and coups lasting decades
Not the same religion and split down the middle causing beefing between the muslims and christians
They even move the captal to a more neutral area thanks to this. Yet they still have terrorists just like us

Corruption is the major culprit. Puntland's leadership is currently fighting over the millions that were supposed to be meant for construction of a 500km road. The president and his second in command are fighting on what percentage they should each take and which relative they should give the contract to.

The central government needs to send troops to sort this mess out in this clan enclave.

The day you understand, terrorists always need funding and support. Is the day you will understand Somalia political clans system. Al-shabab in the south are different from al-shabab in the north.

Majority of Somali people have no emotional intelligence maybe like 5% but the rest can’t just give up their mistakes and move on for the sake of their children and grand children. The viscous cycle of no national unity, corruption, and violence will continue for decades.
