The blacks had no guns. Plus they risk getting completely sanctioned nuked by the USA and Europe if they try to take any of the white people's power like what happened in Zimbabwe.

The Afrikaners were highly trained in combat as military service was compulsory for all White South African men during apartheid.
When Nelson Mandela took over, hundreds of thousands of well trained Afrikaners were threatening to create their own state (volkstaat) in South Africa if he attempted to change the economic status quo.
As a result, despite the new government, not much has changed in South Africa in terms of economic equality or quality of life. In fact, Blacks only own 4% of rural land in South Africa despite being 81% of the population. These guys cannot be reer baadiye even if they wanted to.
They need to make the playing field equal.
They need to introduce free school education, strengthen affirmative action as well as introduce laws that will enable Blacks to enter the economy.
Imagine after apartheid ended, someone that was only able to work as a cleaner is now told their son can finally attend a normal government school but at a price. How can social mobility occur if you are locked out with price tags for essential requirements to improve your standing.
