Dude simply divided the HOA into either Ethiopia or Somalia, other Ethnic groups were ignored which is unrealistic. As for the Beja state he called "Kush", he mistakenly thought they were Omotic ethnically lmao.

All the lands west of Egypt should've been lumped into one Pan-Tamazgha/Maghrebi state.

Dude basically lumped all Muslim Horners under Somalia & likewise lumped all Christian Horners under Ethiopia lol.

Reminds me of how Ethnic identities were often conflated with Religious identities in Medieval Europe. Like for instance, any Christian European who converted to Islam was called a "Turk" in the Balkans/East Europe and a "Moor" in Iberia (Spain & Portugal).

afars should have their own nation

so should oromo
and so should amhara
a lot of the other parts were pretty messy but it was a decent attempt at trying to group similar ethnicities
to many bantu nations, he could have just lumped them all together and made an extremely powerful state
or just larger “southern” bantu, eastern, and western

Nations states is a westphalian concept. It ain't inherently african. If western intervention never occurred Africa would mainly had kingdoms and empires rather than nation states.
