Well yes this is happening as the South African experiment was successful and they are there owning all the land rights but got scared of Mugabe who wanted all land holdings back and they ran for their lives and attempted to cripple the Zimbabwean economy by flowing currency out to add pressure to Mugabe to stand down from Neo traditionalism idealogy as it could penetrate Africa and rest of the world. South Africa started to copy chasing white settlers off land like farmers
and white South Africans as a whole have been fleeing in droves to the west seeing the writing is on the wall.Their scoping out new territories in Africa now like Congo allowing the locals to fight while creeping in thru alliances with certain ethnic groups to earn some real estate, they tried the same in all colonies before untill the independence movement on the continent after they depleted everything they had in WW1 and WW2.
