africa birth rates are falling fast

Africas birth rates are falling fast especially in southern and eastern africa just look at how fast Kenya’s and ugandas fell from 2000 till now
Uganda still has a high fertility rate, while that of Kenya is a bit lower. Kenya is at 53 million in population while Uganda is at 45 million. And Uganda will surpass Kenya in population in a few more decades assuming the present trends continues.

The very high fertility rate in most African countries from a couple of decades ago could not be sustainable in the long term. A country like Kenya had one of the highest fertility rates in the world in the 1970s and 1980s, but it dropped sharply since the 2000s.

With economic growth comes along urbanisation and higher literacy rates which brings about family planning. Also the cost of living is higher in urban areas compared to rural areas.

Currently in Africa it is the least developed regions with the highest fertility rates. These are mostly rural communities where the cost of living is cheap and every family can afford to raise like half a dozen or more kids.

What do you see happening for Somalis in Africa in the future due to our high TFR I think the sky’s the limit
It is not sustainable in the long run. You cannot have a situation where every family gets seven kids or more and have that trend continue to infinity. At some point other factors will come into play to balance things out.

Even the likes of China could not grow it's population to infinity. There is always a threshold, and for Somalia that threshold is not very high.
