What does this have to do with Faarmajo? Is all of adeer Hassan's problems his fault?

Basically many of the teething problems lately are due to changes in contracts and which companies are providing government services. Right now NN is being replaced by Mogadishu businessmen with ties to UPD.

I’m not saying this is good or bad. As to me it can breed corruption, contracts should be available to everyone not just those with ties to the current government.
