Jidwaaq Absame was given 3 seats during the Carte conference in Djibouti. 2 of those seats including 1 of Maxamed zubeer clan were illegally given to Marehan minority tribe without the approval of Absame tribe! This is why we are calling for the end of 4.5 and the call to regional Federalism.
