about allah make plans before you existed

when Allah swt was creating us , of course allah made a plan for our lives

how would we know if we are on the right path? is it a feeling? when we plan to marry someone and you pray istakara and all , how do you really know if Allah created the two souls to unite ?

And what is the meaning when you sleep, and your soul meet with other souls? it that saax?
