I don't think you follow. I'm saying bodily autonomy doesn't take precedence after 24 weeks in the U.S or 12 weeks in countries like Belgium, both of which are somewhat arbitrary numbers.

I'll cut to the chase. If bodily autonomy is in fact an inalienable right, why do we stop women from getting abortions or premature removals at 6 months or later? Just because a woman is 6 months pregnant doesn't mean she no longer has agency over her own body.

I just find it funny how they want the freedom to engage in sex with whomever but cannot asorb the consequences that may arise and look to medical intervention to bail them out. Maybe they should take SEX ED 101 in Mericanka where it is sorely lacking. Then they'd know condoms are not the only barrier methods and there are hypoallergenic condoms, spermicides and even non-hormonal IUDs. Of course it can't compete with abstinence. But I don't think humans are animals that can't control their impulses. They can but choose not to because they choose gratification.
