Those things are 50+ years ago. West african immigrants thrive in America without any of those problems.
Proportionally they are.
Cause there are programs in place for immigrants to thrive in. Most west Africans moving to america are moving to upper class areas and benefit from being foreigners. African americans do not have those issues.
No they are not proportionally 13% of the us population is black which includes foreign blacks. Most of the biggest receiver of welfare is white people
Those things still affected African americans till this day. West Africans moving to america have never experienced such things in the first place.
