no its not, but its true that they were able to stop al shabaab from expanding outside of aadan yabal and the frntline is now between aadan yabal and ceelhareeri:

Thats what happens when you have Amisom. You loot the tax revenue meant to go for soldiers. And have outsiders pay them off. Thats why Amisom is needed. Its to cover up the corruption. Luckily IC is tired. And will pack up this year

I saw a video of an Aadan Yabal resident telling Xawaadle that they will be in grave danger for fighting shabaab. He said that Xawadle leaders and politicians shouldn’t meet in person cause they might get blown up. I couldn’t stop laughing at the fuleynimo and projection. It’s clear to me now that this is a case of pure fear. There is no other explanation for why XL is always fighting these guys but the guys who own the land run away, even with superior weapons and numbers.
