A very rare breed of cat found in Somalia

Outdoor cats and street dogs are abused over there, especially the street dogs. They run away and hide from humans, usually under cars.

I know, visited this past summer. Tried feeding a cat and it only ate when I was at a far away enough distance.

This has nothing to do with religion, I'm afraid. In Turkey, they treat cats especially well. It's really the societal attitude of selfishness and thinking about yourself only.

People in harsh environment tend to be selfish i guess.
