Your a strange individual.There are so many ways that Islam prevents rape yet the only one you choose to talk about is sex-slavery.

Yes, it's is true during war and system like concubinage would reduce rape.However that system wouldn't any impact outside of wartime.

The ways Islamically rape would be reduced would be by men and women being segregated.Also by men averting this eyes from the women and by women covering themselves.Whilst these may seem arduous on a day to day basis it's times like these that you realize the importance of these.Women not traveling without a mahram is also helpful in these situations.
