A somali guy argued with a black guy in my school

I'm at college and the black guy (a Congolese I think) apparently trying to talk to a Somali girl who is in the same school as us, and when the Somali we are going to call A learned about it, they argued in the cafeteria and insulted her for Madow I was laughing out loud but he sounded like a big racist, what do you think?
