I went to a sixthform/college and they don't care if you wear one or not as it is part of your religion. If you are wearing a hijab and they didn't say anything, wearing the niqab is technically the same hun

Is it an all cadaan sixth-form? Also don't take the risk then.. If you really want to wear it, wait till you finish the sixth-form! Are you in year 12 or 13?

She's been wearing it for as long as I can remember, since year 9 I think?
She still wears it now as well and no problems. I know other South Asian and even somali girls who wear it in my year group.

They argue it's for safety as they need to identify students and niqab covers the face. She told them she didn't mind showing her face to female staff to identify her etc.. They stood their ground though.
