Not easier to control but women can cause more damage to the family in terms of reputation. No one is gunna bat a eye lid on a player

Boys and girls need to be taught self-discipline and self respect from a young age. If you teach them this, then there's no need for barbaric practices, such as, FGM.

I'm not in support of FGM or a sexist. I agree with what you're saying, but he brings up a good point. Women are easier to control and it has been that way for the longest time.

It's an established FACT that Somali women are the primary driving force behind FGM. On the other hand there is ZERO data on the success of involving involving Somali men in the culling of this practice.
